We believe meat makes everything a little better, which is why we added Payton’s Barbecue Pulled Pork to a classic — vegetable soup.

Ingredients
1 lb Payton’s Barbecue Pulled Pork®, thawed
2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsps minced garlic
3 cans (14 ½ ounces each) vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup canned corn, drained
1 cup potatoes, diced
1 cup canned green beans, drained
Salt and pepper taste
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a crockpot or slow cooker and stir together.

Cook on low for at least 6 hours. Add water or additional broth if necessary.
